• Greeting and receiving internal and external guests​

• Providing campus services, such as wheelchair requests and storage, and routes directions

• Collaborating with other colleagues to seat around 3000 guests in one hour

• Interpersonal skill: knowing how to deal with and communicate with different kinds of people or people from various cultural background​

• Customer service skill: providing services with different customers and knowing their particular needs and requests

• Team-working skill: collaborating with team members, team managers and event managers to host the events
